As part of the summer internship program, an audio archival activity was undertaken to preserve the memories and experiences of the past social life of Ungma, Mangmetong, Khensa, and Longsa villages. The internship involved interviewing 12 elderly individuals, each above 80 years of age, with the eldest being 109 years old.
Through these oral narratives, the interns sought to document valuable insights into the cultural practices, traditions, social structures, and lived experiences of earlier generations.
