The College provides an array of clubs that engage in different activities, encouraging students to find their niche and interests in other areas outside of their academic curriculum. With plenty of projects, competitions and showcases during major College events, the clubs provide an outlet for students’ creativity and ideas. These are some of the clubs (liable to change, deletions and additions):
Art & Photography Club
The JMC Art & Photography Club is a major outlet of creativity for the students in JMC. JMC APC was formed with an aim to encourage students to develop their artistic and creativity skills through the medium of art and photography. The club organizes many events, including art workshops and photography and painting competitions. The club also hosts art exhibitions and helps the college by providing creative ideas in many of its programs.

Drama Club
The JMC Drama club is to boost up the morale of students and to highlight the talent of drama and creativity. It provides opportunities to drama lovers to prove their talent and it is a good platform for them to have their artistic exploration. This club plays an important role in maintaining the positive environment in the college. Through this Club, students get opportunities to represent the college in various competitions and also participate in literary and cultural events of the college.

Culinary Club
The JMC Soft Skills Club provides an opportunity and an environment for students to socialize, be creative, learn cooking skills, and have fun. The Culinary Club is open to any student at JMC. The students are encouraged to participate and help lead the club in cooking activities. The purpose of JMC Culinary Club is to help spread knowledge about food through teaching and exploring the different aspects of the Culinary Arts. Our goal is to inspire others to pursue their Culinary Dreams. The Club organizes cooking competitions and participates in the JMC fete day by opening food stalls.

DIY Craft Club
The Do-It-Yourself Craft Club of JMC was formed with the aim to engage the students in creative works. It aims to spark creativity and invoke the many imaginations of the students through the joy of DIY. One of the many objectives of the club is to teach the students the Naga art of handicraft. The club organizes workshops where the members are taught how to craft by skilled and experienced resource persons. The club takes the responsibility of decorating the college premises during festive occasions and also during other college events.

Health & Wellness Club
The JMC Health and Wellness Club motivates its members on how to remain healthy and maintain personal and community hygiene. The Club’s aim is to maintain a healthy body and mind through various physical activities. Sports tournaments like badminton, volleyball, shot put are organized from time to time. Indoor games and outdoor activities like cycling and trekking are also organized by the club. Anyone can be a member of the JMC Health and Wellness Club.

Books & Movies Club
The JMC Books and Movies Club gives importance to the skill of reading and critical thinking when it comes to different genres of books ranging from classical texts, sci-fi, and young adult fiction. The Club also organizes regular screening of artistic movies, documentaries and short films. The students are provided an opportunity to watch, discuss and review films; encouraging creative and critical thinking. Moreover, it is a fantastic launch-pad for the student aspirants in the field, exposing them to liberal arts. The Club is open for any students to join.
